南京大鹿智造科技的曾經(jīng)做過的立庫項(xiàng)目中，wms倉儲軟件以及wcs系統(tǒng)曾對接過最多的硬件設(shè)備，除了堆垛機(jī)就是四向穿梭機(jī)器人（智能四向穿梭車），本文介紹智能四向穿梭車的性能優(yōu)勢。

1. 存儲與配送一體

智能四向穿梭車其在貨物下方穿梭行駛，在軌道交叉路口實(shí)現(xiàn)原地?fù)Q軌，將貨物從放貨巷道，換軌至主干道，搬運(yùn)貨物到指定配送工位。從倉庫到工位，無需二次搬運(yùn)

除了大鹿智造的deer-wcs系統(tǒng)外，四向穿梭車也自帶設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)，提前設(shè)置好包含現(xiàn)場倉庫實(shí)時(shí)地圖，實(shí)現(xiàn)信息自動(dòng)記錄與反饋，wcs系統(tǒng)對四向車進(jìn)行路徑規(guī)劃，與多臺四向車的防撞 , wcs較好地集成四向車，使得wcs系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)ω浳缓驮O(shè)備狀態(tài)更快的實(shí)時(shí)反饋。
